Job summary

RPO Recruitment in Cape Town (North) seeks a highly skilled Mechanical (HVAC & Wet Services) and Fire Engineer to lead mechanical and fire engineering projects from inception through completion. You will manage design, specifications and coordination with teams across disciplines.

The role requires a BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in building services, and proficiency in AutoCAD with Revit a plus. Strong communication skills and govt project experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or BSc).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Building Services Industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Fire Engineering to enhance project performance and safety.
• Prepare detailed specifications and bills of quantities for the mechanical scope.
• Government projects experience beneficial.
