C3 Resource Investments (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager – Mechanical with 15+ years of experience to lead the Mechanical Engineering Department and oversee the delivery of complex process plant projects in Centurion.

The role requires strong technical leadership, experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers and related equipment, and proven capability in multidisciplinary project delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of mechanical engineering teams.
Track record in delivery of complex process-plant projects.
Strong background in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping and mechanical systems.
Skilled in applying international codes/standards (ASME, EN, SANS).

Responsibilities

Lead Mechanical Engineering Department, overseeing engineers, designers and drafters.
Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
Oversee design/engineering of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and plant equipment.
Establish design standards, procedures and QA practices.
Coordinate with other disciplines, PMs, clients and suppliers.
Manage resources, workloads, performance and staff development.
Contribute strategic input on capabilities and business growth.
