Qualifications
- Qualified maintenance engineer with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production machinery.
- Perform timely repairs and planned maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to align equipment needs with operations.
