Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
- Expertise in CAD/CAE and product development processes.
- Proven ability to lead new product development from concept to launch and to mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design of mechanical products, systems and components from ideation to production.
- Utilize CAD/CAE tools for detailed design, 3D modeling, simulation and analysis to ensure performance and reliability.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research and technology scouting for new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with product management, electrical engineering and software teams for integrated solutions.
- Oversee prototyping, testing and validation, providing technical direction and interpreting results.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in mechanical design and innovation.
