You will design, analyze, and optimize machinery, collaborate with manufacturing, and mentor junior engineers while staying abreast of evolving mechanical engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years in mechanical design and development of industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new industrial machinery and upgrade existing systems.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Perform stress, strain, and thermal analyses to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure production-readiness and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and production units.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in production and field.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay current with advancements in mechanical engineering.
