Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years in mechanical design of industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
• Knowledge of machining, welding, casting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for industrial machinery.
• Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses using FEA tools.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, electrical, and project teams for manufacturability.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and testing of prototypes.
• Provide field support and design modifications as needed.
