Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance and projects within FMCG environments.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance management role.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles.

• Develop and implement asset care strategies to improve equipment reliability.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate engineering activities related to plant equipment.
