Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (CATIA/SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
• Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and DFX.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical components and systems.
• Perform advanced stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations using FEA and CFD tools.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including GD&T specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA across locations.
• Mentor junior design engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies in mechanical design.
