With 10+ years in mechanical systems development, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and shape strategic product roadmaps while leveraging CAD, FEA, CFD, and system dynamics modeling in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical systems engineering, focusing on complex product development.
• Proficiency with CAD software, FEA/CFD, and system dynamics modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of complex mechanical systems with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Perform advanced engineering analyses (stress, thermal, vibration, fatigue).
• Develop system architecture, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and integration.
• Oversee testing and validation to verify performance against requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
