Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Expert in 3D CAD (CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulations (ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes, and PLM.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and commitment to engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of intricate mechanical systems and components with advanced CAD/CAE.
• Perform stress analysis, thermal modeling, and dynamic simulations to optimize performance.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, and product specs.
• Mentor a team of mechanical design engineers and guide cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and R&D to ensure successful launches.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation, resolving complex design challenges.
