Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and development of complex systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and development of complex mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Conduct stress and thermal analyses and other simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
• Oversee prototyping and testing, iterating on designs as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
