You will design and optimize mechanical systems for pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, and piping, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency throughout the design cycle.

The role requires a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD Plant 3D) and knowledge of ASME/API standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience designing process equipment.
• Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD Plant 3D) and analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
• Familiarity with ASME and API codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and systems for pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, and piping.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and P&IDs using CAD software.
• Perform stress, fluid dynamics analyses to verify designs.
• Select materials considering conditions, cost and availability.
• Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and site teams.
