This role requires extensive experience in conceptualizing, designing, and developing complex mechanical systems, production machinery, and automation equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that designs are robust, efficient, safe, and meet stringent performance requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of mechanical principles, manufacturing processes, and project leadership, driving innovation in machinery development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new industrial machinery and automation equipment from concept through to production.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor).
• Perform comprehensive FEA and dynamic analysis to ensure the structural integrity, reliability, and performance of machinery components.
• Specify materials, components, and manufacturing methods, optimizing designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, controls specialists, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and automated systems.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and commissioning of new machinery, providing technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements
