Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering analysis.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with FEA software (ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Knowledge of material properties and selection for industrial applications.
• Experience with prototyping and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with machining, casting, and injection molding is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software.
• Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analysis using FEA tools.
• Create engineering drawings, tolerancing analyses, and manufacturing specs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on design failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure DFM and DFA.
• Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and production parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
