Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies; certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control systems, and manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with process simulation and modeling software is a plus.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in North West region's industrial sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process enhancements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Design and optimize manufacturing layouts and workflows.
• Collaborate with production staff, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead projects related to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production personnel on process improvements and best practices.
