• Oversee administration, corporate secretarial support and accounting for Luxembourg Capital Markets vehicles.
• Coordinate meetings, review documents, and manage regulatory deliverables and budgets.
• Support governance framework including board processes and statutory records.
• Lead and develop the local SA team to ensure accurate, client‑focused service.
• Identify business opportunities and support client proposals and fee negotiations.
