Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Pretoria is seeking a Manager to lead our South Africa-based team delivering administration services to Luxembourg Capital Markets vehicles. You will oversee client delivery, governance, budgeting and reporting, coordinating with client stakeholders and the Luxembourg structure.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification – CA(S) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Finance/Accounting with finance admin exposure.
• 3–5 years managing a team.
• 6+ years post articles experience.
• Capital Markets experience, Luxembourg exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admin, corporate secretarial support and accounting oversight for Luxembourg Capital Markets vehicles.
• Lead day-to-day service delivery and client liaison.
• Budgeting, payments approval and financial controls.
• Coordinate board and meetings; review minutes and reports.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory deliverables.
• Support governance framework and drive business growth.
