Apex Group is seeking a Manager to support our South Africa-based team delivering administration services to Luxembourg Capital Markets vehicles. You will oversee a client portfolio, lead day-to-day service delivery across administration, financial oversight and governance, and ensure high-quality execution for cross-border structures.

You will manage the local team, engage with directors and clients, and drive governance, reporting and budgeting processes while seeking business growth

Qualifications

• Professional qualification – CA(S) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years managing a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administration, corporate secretarial support and accounting oversight for Luxembourg Capital Markets structures.
• Lead day-to-day service delivery, client liaison, and governance for cross-border structures.
• Coordinate board processes, meetings, and statutory reporting.
• Support governance framework and client proposals, bids, and fee negotiations.
• Develop and implement systems and procedures to meet client needs.
