Job summary

The Human Aspect in Sandton is seeking a Mid-Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects from concept through to implementation. You will interpret client briefs, develop design concepts, and produce space plans, selecting materials, finishes, furniture and fittings using Revit.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants and suppliers, monitor progress, resolve design and technical issues, and conduct site inspections to ensure the design intent is

Qualifications

Relevant interior design qualification required.
Minimum 5 years' professional interior design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong detailing and documentation skills.
Experience with luxury residential projects.
Excellent design, material selection and spatial planning abilities.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Interpret client briefs and develop creative design concepts.
