Job summary

Redline Recruitment presents a Senior Conceptual Interior Designer role in Sandton for high-end residential and commercial interiors. You will lead conceptual design, develop compelling concepts and ensure a consistent design vision across projects.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of experience, strong knowledge of materials and FF&E, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. A design-led studio awaits with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years’ professional interior design experience.
• Proven experience in high-end residential and/or commercial interiors.
• Strong conceptual design and creative development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, furniture, lighting and interior detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process from client brief through to developed design.
• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentations.
• Translate client requirements into sophisticated, functional design solutions.
• Develop spatial planning, furniture layouts, finishes, colour schemes and lighting concepts.
