The Human Aspect is seeking a Studio Lead / Senior Interior Designer to guide commercial interior projects from concept to construction documentation. You will lead design direction and mentor a team, ensuring design intent is realized in coordinated Revit documentation on-site in Fourways, Johannesburg.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of interior design experience, a strong portfolio, and proven leadership with client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years professional interior design experience.
• Strong conceptual and creative design portfolio.
• Commercial interior design experience.
• Experience taking projects from brief through to construction documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from concept through design development and construction issue.
• Develop commercially relevant interior design concepts.
• Present concepts to clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Direct and review Revit documentation.
• Maintain design quality and consistency across projects.
• Brief and manage designers, visualisers and technical resources.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Identify and resolve design, coordination and buildability issues.
