Qualifications

• 58 years' experience in luxury hospitality.
• 23 years' experience in a senior management role (e.g., Operations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, F&B Manager, or Assistant General Manager).
• Previous experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is essential.
• Experience with international guests and luxury service standards is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage all hotel operational departments with a strong financial oversight.
• Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Education
