Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct all aspects of civil litigation, including claims, disputes, and regulatory investigations.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a minimum of 10 years of experience, with a significant focus on complex litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving high-stakes litigation matters.
• Extensive knowledge of South African civil procedure, evidence law, and substantive law.
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a substantial caseload, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Experience in financial services litigation is a distinct advantage.
