Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 8 years of post-qualification civil litigation experience.
• Proven success in complex commercial litigation or personal injury matters.
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy and negotiation skills.

• Excellent remote communication and self-management for a remote-first role.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with litigation.
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff in a virtual team environment.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and evolving case law relevant to litigation practice.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, with a significant focus on civil litigation.
