Job summary

MRI Software Cape Town is seeking an experienced Lease Administration Team Lead to support the Lease Administration Manager and lead a team delivering high-quality lease administration services to commercial property clients.

The role requires 6+ years in lease administration and 4+ years leading teams, with strong knowledge of lease terminology. You will mentor staff, manage escalations, and ensure client deliverables meet commitments, all while aligning with UK business hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Lease Administration experience.
• 4+ years of people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease administration principles and terminology.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ employees and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Lease Administrators and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
• Review work and ensure accurate lease abstraction, critical date management, rent reviews, and reconciliations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure service levels.
• Support system implementations, migrations, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational tracking and reporting and monitor team performance.
