Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Lease Administrator focused on Occupiers in the commercial sector.
• Ability to work during UK/NA hours and South African public holidays.
• High degree of dependability, motivation, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering all levels of Lease Administration and special projects.
• Assist with abstraction of key data points from leases.
• Liaise with Landlords, requesting copies of invoices.
• Support running IFRS-16 calculation in the system.
• Understand clients’ portfolios for lease-related enquiries.
