Qualifications

• 5 years of related professional global experience
• Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases
• Billing experience
• Experience with MRI Occupier software is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities

• Read / comprehend contract documents and invoices
• Conduct data entry into MRI software
• Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders
• Actioning Client rents
