Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Lease Administrator in Cape Town to support across lease management, abstraction and system updates. You will liaise with landlords, manage invoicing and client reporting, and contribute to IFRS16 calculations.

The role offers a hybrid working model with three days from home per week and alignment to UK/NA business hours. Prior experience with MRI Software is advantageous for the team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience as a Lease Administrator in the commercial sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with MRI Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of all levels of Lease Administration and special projects.
• Abstract key data points from leases and input leasing data into systems.
• Liaise with landlords, reconcile invoices with lease terms and obligations.
• Support system administration activities including user maintenance and configuration.
• Assist with IFRS16 calculations in the system.
• Prepare client reports and schedule key events.
• Handle turnover rent calculations and service charge reconciliations.
• Support sub-leasing portfolio tasks as required.
