Job summary

SimLanga Services is seeking a customer-focused Lead Qualification Assistant in Gauteng. You will contact warm leads, verify interest, and prepare them for sales agents, while ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.

In this role, you will update CRM records, support policy onboarding, and maintain compliant communications under FAIS/POPIA/TCF standards. You will collaborate with sales, underwriting, and retention teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads to verify interest, gather basic client information, and prepare leads for sales agents.
• Qualify leads based on underwriting criteria and product suitability.
• Maintain high contact rates and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Update CRM systems with accurate lead notes, outcomes, and next steps.
• Capture client information, quotations, and policy details with 100% accuracy.
• Assist sales agents with administrative tasks (quotes, amendments, follow-ups).
• Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and properly stored.
• Support onboarding of new policies and ensure smooth handover to underwriting.
• Adhere to FAIS, POPIA, TCF, and company compliance standards.
• Ensure correct disclosures and compliance scripts are followed during warm-up calls.
• Flag non-compliant behaviour or risks to the Team Leader or Compliance Officer.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-centric engagement on all calls.
• Handle basic client queries and elevate complex issues appropriately.
• Ensure warm leads are prepared for a seamless sales experience.
• Maintain daily lead distribution reports and productivity trackers.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and retention teams.
• Assist with cancellations, amendments, and policy administration when required.
