Responsibilities

• Contact warm and cold leads to generate quotes and convert them into active policies.
• Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable short‑term insurance products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (quotes, conversions, premium growth).
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional cover where appropriate.
• Provide professional, accurate, and ethical insurance advice.
• Explain policy benefits, exclusions, underwriting requirements, and premium structures.
• Handle client queries, objections, and follow‑ups to ensure high conversion and retention.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure first‑call resolution.
• Adhere to FAIS Fit & Proper requirements, TCF principles, POPIA, and company policies.
• Follow scripting, disclosure requirements, and compliance guidelines during all calls.
• Ensure accurate capturing of client information and policy details.
• Participate in compliance audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Update CRM systems with call notes, pipeline status, and policy information.
• Work closely with underwriting, claims, and retention teams.
• Attend training sessions to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Submit daily/weekly performance reports.
