The role requires 10+ years in mechanical engineering with rotating equipment, a Bachelor's degree ( Master’s or Pr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Master's degree or Pr. Eng. is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical engineering aspects of rotating equipment projects from concept to completion.
• Specify, select, and procure rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, and pumps.
• Develop specs, data sheets, and drawings for rotating equipment.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and performance testing of new equipment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide root cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, and company standards.
• Manage and mentor engineers/technicians to foster continuous improvement.
• Review vendor documentation for compliance with project requirements.
