Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in rotating equipment engineering, preferably in the energy or petrochemical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, steam and gas turbines, and various pump types.
• Experience with vibration analysis, condition monitoring techniques, and failure analysis.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical investigations and mentor engineering staff.
