Qualifications

• Proven expertise in drafting litigation and employment law documentation.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, affidavits, heads of argument, contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare CCMA and Labour Court bundles, submissions, and review applications.
• Develop disciplinary, incapacity, and retrenchment documentation aligned with current legislation.
