Job summary

Stryker South Africa is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth in the Western Cape's Joint Replacement portfolio. You will build clinical and commercial relationships with healthcare professionals, execute territory plans, and support customers through consultative selling and tender negotiations.

In this role you will mentor junior sales colleagues, travel within the Western Cape, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize market share while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare/medical devices.
• Experience selling Joint Replacement products and providing clinical support.
• Experience managing customers in the Western Cape territory.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, planning and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to hit sales targets.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote Joint Replacement products through consultative selling.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the Western Cape.
• Maintain knowledge of products and market developments.
• Support tender proposals and customer negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior sales representatives.
