Accso is seeking a senior software professional to lead and mentor teams, designing and implementing AI-enabled software solutions for large German customers. You will drive technical decisions and contribute across the lifecycle in an agile environment.

With a university degree in computer science, you have 8+ years of experience, and you thrive in Scrum or Design Thinking settings, applying modern Java, Kotlin, and related technologies to diverse projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or comparable discipline.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of a project team and mentor team members.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using AI methods and tools throughout the software development process.
• Contribute to every phase of the software engineering lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with German customers and project teams; share knowledge through mentoring and training.
