Job summary

Accso is seeking an experienced Java professional to drive AI-native software solutions for German and European clients. You will work in consulting and software development, building enterprise Java applications with agentic methods and mentoring teammates to adopt AI-driven workflows.

You will contribute to methodology development and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, enjoying modern offices and a culture of curiosity and learning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Java ecosystem with modern Spring-based stacks.
• Experience designing AI-agent development workflows.
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD, CQRS.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and DevOps practices.
• Strong API design, testing, and build tooling skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on consulting and software development projects for German clients.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions applying AI methods throughout the lifecycle.
• Build enterprise Java applications using agentic methods.
• Develop environments for projects including rule files and MCP server configurations.
• Review and validate AI-generated code, identify failure modes and quality indicators.
• Mentor team members in transitioning to agentic development workflows.
• Contribute to methodology development.
• Reference Success-Stories for example projects.
