Job summary

Accso is seeking a senior software professional to lead and mentor teams, designing and implementing AI-enabled software solutions for large German customers. You will drive technical decisions and contribute across the lifecycle in an agile environment.

With a university degree in computer science, you have 8+ years of experience, and you thrive in Scrum or Design Thinking settings, applying modern Java, Kotlin, and related technologies to diverse projects.

• You work in consulting and software development projects for well-known large German customers such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF.
• You design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g., LLMs, agent-based frameworks, code generation, and test automation).
• You take on the technical leadership of a project team and share your knowledge through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing when needed.
• You contribute to every phase of the software engineering lifecycle using agile methodologies.

• You use well-known technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Spring, Kotlin, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, etc.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
• You have at least 8 years of profound experience in professional software development.
• You enjoy working with agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.
• You work self-independently and contribute actively to the team’s success.
