Job summary

Accso is a digital partner for sophisticated custom software solutions with an AI-native mindset. The role focuses on technical leadership, agile delivery, and delivering high‑quality software using Java, JavaScript, Spring, Kotlin, and related tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or comparable discipline.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum or Design Thinking).
• Self‑driven, proactive, and contributes to team success.

What to expect:

• You work in consulting and software development projects for well-known large German customers such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF.
• You design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g., LLMs, agent-based frameworks, code generation, and test automation).
• You use well-known technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Spring, Kotlin, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, etc.
• You take on the technical leadership of a project team and share your knowledge through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing when needed.
• You contribute to every phase of the software engineering lifecycle using agile methodologies.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
• You have at least 8 years of profound experience in professional software development.
• You enjoy working with agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.
• You work self-independently and contribute actively to the team’s success.
