Job summary

Datonomy Solutions is seeking an experienced Java Software Developer to join a high-performing technology team working in a complex, enterprise environment. You will write robust Java code, design services and APIs, and contribute to modern architecture including microservices, cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

You will own delivery from design through testing, deployment and production support, work with stakeholders, and help optimise performance in high-volume systems.

Qualifications

5+ years' software development experience.
Strong Java development and OO design.
Experience with microservices, APIs, cloud and DevOps.
End-to-end accountability for software deliverables.
Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and Micronaut supported.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Own development deliverables end-to-end including testing and deployment.
Develop APIs, microservices and integrations.
Support deployments and release processes.
Troubleshoot and optimise performance in high-volume environments.
Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams.
Produce detailed technical/system designs.
