Job summary

Idbasesoftware is seeking a Technical Lead (Java) to guide a team in delivering enterprise-grade Java applications. You will set coding standards, drive quality, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions while coordinating with analysts, Scrum Masters, DevOps, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

You will lead architecture decisions for RESTful services, microservices, and data access with SQL/NoSQL databases, while championing TDD, code reviews, and continuous improvement in Agile

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java development with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong Spring Framework & Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and microservices.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs, Kafka, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito) and TDD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers, setting coding and quality standards.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of Java-based solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, Scrum Masters, and DevOps across SDLC.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and secure coding practices.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinate with product managers and QA for high-quality delivery.
