Job summary

Top Vitae is seeking a PMO Project Manager to drive complex cross-functional technology and business transformation initiatives from initiation to post-implementation review. You will ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality while adhering to PMO governance standards and lifecycle controls.

The role requires leadership of internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, with emphasis on risk management, change, and governance reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of IT project and program management.
• Certifications in PMP, PgMP, Agile or Scrum are advantageous.
• Strong PMO governance and project controls knowledge.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Vendor management and QA/continuous improvement capabilities.
• Data analysis and executive reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation expertise.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Analyzing and gathering requirements; drawing up SOW and Business Case documents.
• Project and Program Demand Management; Initiation, Planning and Execution; develop detailed project plans.
• Assign resources, coordinate activities, manage time, budget and personnel.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables; conduct steering committee meetings and dashboards.
• Leadership: draw up communication plans and facilitate meetings.
• Risk Management: identify risks and mitigation; ensure policy compliance.
• Reporting: provide status reports to teams and senior leadership; use PM dashboards.
• Project Closure: ensure proper closure, hand over documentation, realize benefits.
• Stakeholder management; manage expectations and regular communication; engage across levels.
• PMO governance, project controls, change management and vendor coordination.
• Quality assurance, continuous improvement, and data-driven executive reporting.
