Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The PMO Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional technology and business transformation projects from initiation through post-implementation review. The role is accountable for delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource constraints, while ensuring compliance with PMO governance standards and project lifecycle controls. The incumbent coordinates internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners; manages risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and change; drives stakeholder engagement, training, business readiness, and operational transition; and provides clear performance, benefits, and governance reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis

  • Analyzing and gathering requirements

  • Drawing up SOW and Business Case documents

• Project and Program Demand Management

• Project and Program Initiation, Planning and Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans

  • Assign resources and coordinate activities

  • Manage resources (time, budget, people etc.)

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables

  • Conduct steering committee meetings, utilize communication plans

  • Keep projects up to date for real time visibility, including RAID logs and subsequent dashboards and reporting

  • Put together test cases and get stakeholder sign off
