Job summary

Hire Resolve seeks an experienced PMO Project Manager to lead end-to-end complex tech and business transformation initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with internal teams, executives, and external partners.

The role requires 6+ years in IT project/program management, strong governance, and proficiency with Wrike, Planisware, and Jira. You will drive change management, reporting, and benefits realization in a global, multi-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project and program management experience.
• Proven delivery in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid frameworks.
• Strong PMO governance, stage-gate reviews, RAID risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
• Define scope, deliverables, detailed plans, and resource allocations.
• Oversee demand management, timeline tracking, and budget execution.
• Direct testing activities including test case formulation and sign-off.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into specifications.
• Prepare SOWs, business cases, and project charters.
• Maintain real-time project portfolio visibility via dashboards and RAID logs.
• Enforce PMO governance and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Drive QA, continuous improvement, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate with internal teams, executives, and external partners.
• Lead change management, training, and handovers.
• Coordinate across regional teams and time zones.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee project closure and post-implementation surveys.
