EQPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD in Cape Town is seeking a seasoned IT Operations Lead to drive service delivery and performance across major accounts. Based on site in Cape Town, you will manage SLAs, coordinate with global teams, and steer initiatives to optimize operations.

Qualifications include a graduate degree with strong ITSM, networking, and information security knowledge; experience with large user bases and IT assets. US time zone alignment and shift work are required.

• Coordinate with local and international teams to maintain service standards
• Manage operational costs and improve productivity

Requirements

• Relevant graduate qualification; a Master's degree is advantageous
• 12 to 14 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience managing operations supporting 5,000 to 10,000 end users
• Strong knowledge of networking, systems, voice technologies, business applications, and ITSM
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ITIL/ITSM certifications and project management experience are advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio

Location and Work Arrangements:

Based in Cape Town, this is a strictly office-based role involving shift work aligned with US time zones.
