Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management experience in the IST sector supporting multi‑national company with a focus on Africa and Middle‑East.
• Experience in project managing system conversions, specifically ERP systems in financial services.
• Experience in the design, implementation and management of outsourced solutions and support services.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret business needs and its impact on IT systems and infrastructure, and systems requirements.
• IT system and network architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the business units in the development and implementation of IT systems.
• Suggest and build improvements to IT systems and reports based on user feedback.
• Provide and maintain IT systems and tools that add value and are user friendly; verify results by system audits.
• Incorporate business user requirements and deliver real business benefits.
• Lead and mentor business units around process optimization to meet system and business objectives.
• Ensure connectivity with optimal network architecture and SLA management.
• Oversee security, mail continuity, and data protection across IT environments.
• Maintain 24/7/365 support and ensure SLA adherence.
