Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Investment Banker to join a fully remote team. The role requires extensive experience in financial advisory, M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance, with responsibility for originating and executing complex transactions and managing client relationships.

You will lead deal teams, conduct thorough financial analysis, and contribute to revenue growth within a flexible, remote work environment supporting a global clientele.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
• Exceptional client relationship management and leadership of deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute a broad range of investment banking transactions including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
• Lead deal teams through all phases of the transaction process from origination to closing.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and offering memorandums.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue growth targets.
• Mentor junior investment banking professionals and stay updated on market trends.
