Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Internal Sales, Key Account & Export Manager in Sandton to lead the Internal Sales team, manage key accounts and drive cross-border growth. You will oversee order processing, pricing, promotions and customer service across national retail and export markets.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or Retail Management is preferred.
• Experience with Key Account Management, Sales Management or Export/International Trade is advantageous.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong FMCG/retail supplier or related consumer goods experience.
• Experience with major retail or national key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Internal Sales team.
• Oversee day-to-day management and performance of Internal Sales.
• Establish service standards, procedures, KPIs and turnaround times.
• Manage complete order process from receipt to invoicing and delivery.
• Ensure accurate pricing, discounts and delivery requirements.
• Monitor stock availability, shortages and backorders.
• Coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance for order fulfilment.
• Manage national and strategic key accounts.
• Build relationships with retail buyers and category managers.
• Develop account-specific sales and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution and listings.
• Prepare for customer meetings, range reviews and business reviews.
• Coordinate export orders and cross-border opportunities.
