Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric); Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Export Sales; Proven Key Account Management experience; Strong knowledge of African export markets; Proven track record of achieving sales targets; Experience developing international dealer or distributor networks.
• Export sales processes and procedures; International trade regulations and export procedures; African export markets; CRM systems (advantageous); Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop new export business opportunities; Grow existing international customer accounts; Expand the company's dealer and distributor network; Identify new export markets and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships; Conduct regular customer visits; Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions; Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; Prepare quotations and proposals; Conduct product presentations and demonstrations; Promote the company's products and solutions; Maintain an effective customer calling programme.
• Coordinate export sales activities; Liaise with internal departments to ensure successful order fulfilment; Represent the Company's brand professionally and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers; Resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data; Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports; Monitor sales pipeline, account performance and market activity.
