Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking an Internal Sales Supervisor to oversee daily customer-facing support functions and guide a team to deliver service excellence. You will manage orders, quotations, export coordination, and case management while ensuring performance KPIs are met and processes run smoothly.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment with strong Excel, CRM and ERP proficiency, and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Matric required.
• Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• 3–5 years in internal sales or customer service with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in retail/wholesale or foodservice equipment is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all customer-facing support functions.
• Supervise internal sales team and staff performance KPIs.
• Coordinate order processing, quotations and export coordination.
• Maintain service standards and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare operational reports for the Internal Sales Manager.
• Escalate performance concerns and ensure timely action.
