Placements24 in Nelspruit is seeking a creative Instructional Designer to develop corporate training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended experiences. You will translate complex information into engaging materials working with SMEs and stakeholders in a hybrid office/remote setting.

The role requires 4+ years designing training, proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, and solid project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years designing and developing corporate training programs.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning materials for e-learning, ILT, and blended formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and other course content.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM and adult learning principles to ensure effectiveness.
• Evaluate training impact and recommend improvements.
